Why are family birthday party ceilidh barn dance entertainment events so special in Somerset, Devon and elsewhere in the UK?
Could it be because the dances are done in groups of all ages. Lines or circles of family members go forward and back shouting ‘helloooo’? In other formations, the group together holds hands and skips or walks around in a circle.
