This move gives our fun dance community the space it needs to grow and thrive—with more room to dance and easy parking right outside for your convenience.
Same Great Class, New Spacious Venue
Don’t worry, the warm and welcoming spirit of the class isn’t changing!

- 📍 Where: Minehead Rugby Club, Alcombe (TA24 6TR)
- 💷 Cost: Just £5
- 🎶 Music: Recorded tunes from the much-loved Barnbuskers Ceilidh Band, led by Judy herself
- 💃 Style: Country Dance, Folk Dance, Ceilidh & Barn Dance traditions
- ✅ No need to book (although it always helps Judy to know about newcomers) – otherwise just turn up!
Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned dancer, this is a fun, friendly, and sociable way to move, laugh, and enjoy some great traditional music.
Judy, who also leads the Barnbuskers Ceilidh Barn Dance Band, continues to run the class with her usual energy, guidance, and passion for keeping folk dance alive and thriving across Somerset and Devon.
