Regular Wednesday ceilidh dance exercise classes in Minehead and West Somerset at Minehead Rugby Club led by local Barnbuskers Barn Dance Band leader and caller Judy

Anyone who has attended a local Minehead or West Somerset ceilidh or barn dance will know that country dancing is one of the best forms of exercise and a great way to keep fit. Ceilidh dancing is also very social, easy to get started, great fun and the music is cheerful and uplifting.

So it’s great news that West Somerset based Barnbuskers Ceilidh Barn Dance Band leader Judy has got the go-ahead with local Minehead Rugby Club to hold regular mini ceilidh classes with recorded music. These mini dances will be an hour long and feature the best in English country dance music with full instruction for the dances by Barnbuskers Band leader Judy (photo below) so absolutely no previous experience is needed.

Designed to be lots of fun and a great social way to keep fit for all abilities and ages 12 years upwards, Barnbuskers mini ceilidhs are planned to be weekly or fortnightly depending on demand.

So don’t miss your taster session 5pm Wednesdays at Minehead Rugby Club, Alcombe, Minehead, UK. It’s only £5.
