One of the really nice things about travelling around Somerset and Devon to host ceilidhs and barn dances is that Barnbuskers Ceilidh Barn Dance Band gets to meet lots of interesting people and discover lots of interesting places and we’ve always got our eyes open for a hall that looks to be ideal for a ceilidh or barn dance. So, when we came across Shipham Village Hall, and took a look at its details, we immediately put it on the list of places we would probably like to play.

Of course, size and facilities are important and it’s probably worth a visit to make sure that the hall is big enough for the number of guests you are expecting at your birthday, wedding or anniversary party and other requirements.
