One of the really nice things about travelling around Somerset and Devon to host ceilidhs and barn dances is that Barnbuskers Ceilidh Barn Dance Band gets to meet lots of interesting people and discover lots of interesting places and we’ve always got our eyes open for a hall that looks to be ideal for a ceilidh or barn dance. So, when we came across Shipham Village Hall, and took a look at its details, we immediately put it on the list of places we would probably like to play.
So, if you are thinking of holding a special birthday, anniversary or wedding ceilidh or barn dance, Shipham Village Hall is conveniently located just off the A38, 15 miles south of Bristol and within easy reach of the M5, according to their information page. Of course, size and facilities are important and it’s probably worth a visit to make sure that the hall is big enough for the number of guests you are expecting at your birthday, wedding or anniversary party and other requirements.
Naturally, if you are looking for a band with dance caller to host your ceilidh or barn dance in Devon or Somerset, Judy, our intrepid and hard working Barnbuskers Band leader and organiser would love to hear from you to help with your planning. For more information about our ceilidh barn dance band simply follow the link to Barnbuskers Ceilidh Barn Dance Band or to get information about our availability, visit our Barnbuskers contact page. We look forward to hearing from you!
